Question:
Is there a minimum balance required to keep my account active?
Answer:
There is no minimum balance required to keep your account active. However, if you have an account balance (items and/or currency), you must either buy, sell, post a bid (buy order) and/or ask (sell listing) within a 24 month period for your account status to remain active.
Prior to account being changed to inactive you will receive a minimum of two notices to keep your account active. If your account still remains inactive, you account status will be changed. You can at a later date request for your account to be reinstated, however, a 10% monthly fee will be charged for the number of months your account was changed to inactive to the time you request for your accounts status to be changed back to active.
Again, you do not need to enter into a transaction to keep your account active. You can simply post a bid and/or ask or do any sort of account activity to keep your status as active.

Question:
Does clicking on ‘Buy’ or ‘Sell’ guarantee that the trade will be executed?
Answer:
Not necessarily. Clicking on "Buy" or "Sell", merely post a bid (buy offer) and/or ask (sell listing) that you have an interest in entering into a transaction at the prices and quantities listed (or that you have indicated).
When you click "Confirm", the transaction will appear as an "Open" order and will only be executed if another user's bid or ask matches your order. |
